Our Story
Rooturaj Pattanaik is an IT professional who has worked closely with the travel and transportation industry through his company, Nth Dimension, since 2008. Over more than a decade and a half, he has partnered with traditional taxi cab and car service providers across the USA during one of the most challenging periods in their history—the rise of app-based ride-hailing giants like Uber and Lyft.
While many predicted the end of conventional taxi and car services, Rooturaj helped these operators stay alive and thrive. By focusing on their core strengths, introducing innovative tech-driven solutions, engaging in deep strategic brainstorming, and thoughtfully restructuring their offerings, he enabled countless independent operators to adapt, compete, and continue serving their communities.
This long experience revealed a clear and persistent gap: even as technology transformed transportation, the needs of families traveling with children—especially those requiring proper car seats and child-focused safety—were still poorly served. Finding reliable, child-seat-equipped taxis or car services remained difficult, stressful, and inconsistent.
